Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain equipment at customer facilities in Indianapolis, IN. You will perform start-up testing, train customers on product capabilities, and sustain strong customer relationships while collaborating with R&D, software, and quality teams.

The role requires troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and clear technical reporting. Occasional travel to client sites is expected along with adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services
• Analyze KPI to identify machine performance issues
• Install Packsize solutions and train users
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports
• Communicate information clearly with customers and Packsize staff
