Job summary

Packsize International in Stockton, CA is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities. You’ll perform start-up testing, deliver customer training, and build strong relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and collaboration with R&D, Software, and Quality teams. Travel to customer sites, on-call duties, and the ability to work independently are expected; a related degree

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent training.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft/Google tools.
• Able to read technical docs and use hand tools.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment using drawings and docs.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service when needed.
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports.
