Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment onsite at customer facilities in Fort Worth. You will perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities and maintenance.

You will build strong customer relationships while collaborating with R&D, Software and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of Packsize solutions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborating with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
