Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist position in Great Falls, MT. This role provides shift leadership and administrative oversight to ensure efficient patient flow and safe, effective hospital operations during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in Montana or eligibility, BLS/CPR.
• ICU/ED clinical background with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making.
• Optimize patient flow and nursing resource assignments.
• Lead policy interpretation and workflow organization.
• Resolve complex clinical situations and patient/family concerns.
