Job summary

Job Juncture in Great Falls, MT seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to lead night operations. You will oversee shift decisions, optimize patient flow, and guide clinical staff on policies in a hospital setting.

The role requires RN licensure (Montana), BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and at least 3 years of hospital RN experience (ICU/ED preferred). You will collaborate with CNO and nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient care.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Montana RN license or immediate eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience; ICU/ED preferred.
• Experience in patient flow management and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resources across shifts.
• Direct staff on policies; organize workflows and monitor productivity.
• Resolve complex clinical situations; address patient/family concerns.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support teams for safe operations.
