Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist in Great Falls, MT. Lead the night shift, oversee hospital-wide patient flow, and guide policy interpretation alongside clinical leaders to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will coach staff, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with the CNO, physicians, and support teams. Comprehensive benefits and competitive pay accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RN license (or eligibility) and BLS/CPR certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Minimum 3 years hospital RN experience, with ICU or ED exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and administrative decision-making with CNO and charge nurses.
• Optimize patient flow and manage nursing resource assignments overnight.
• Direct staff on policies, workflows, and productivity with feedback.
• Act as primary contact for complex clinical issues, patient/family concerns.
