Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You will supervise a team of Service Valets, coach them for excellence, and monitor performance to ensure on-time service with safety in mind.

You’ll travel between properties and use the iValet dashboard to track outcomes, while managing schedules and budgets. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Able to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks through regular team meetings.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Foster accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion.
• Ensure teams have the tools, equipment, and access needed for routes.
