Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise a team of Service Valets across multiple communities. You will lead onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and budget adherence to ensure reliable waste, recycling, and compost services.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and strong communication to maintain service excellence in a primarily field-based environment with some remote administrative work.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing a team or crew in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret reports and guide decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets for waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and ensure service standards and budgets are met.
• Schedule management, timecard approvals, and cost monitoring.
• Visit properties to audit service quality and resolve issues promptly.
