Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities. You will lead 15–40 Service Valets, manage schedules and safety checks, and drive on-time service within budget.

Use the iValet dashboard to monitor performance, visit properties for audits, and coach the team for continuous improvement in operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience leading a crew in a hands‑on environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing schedules and budgets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train the team of Service Valets for waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, hold regular team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, monitor budgets and performance.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
• Use iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion.
• Assist with hiring/training and distribute supplies as needed.
