Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple communities. You will manage 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring on‑time, safe, high‑quality service while coaching teams and coordinating with operations.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, use of the iValet dashboard, and strong communication. Scheduling is Sunday–Thursday evenings with some flexible hours and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep costs on track.
• Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets and support fleet maintenance.
