Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost services across multiple communities. You’ll lead a team of 15–40 Service Valets, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

You’ll leverage data and technology to optimize routes, manage schedules, and coach your crew. Strong supervisory and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Strong data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching and conduct safety checks and team meetings.
• Manage schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Maintain accountability and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
