Job summary

Martin's is seeking a Dough Preparation Employee to join night shift production. You will set up, monitor, and adjust dough machines to ensure high-quality dough and efficient production.

The role requires readiness to work 8–12 hour nights, with overtime based on production needs, and adherence to safety and GMP standards. Responsibilities include weighing dough, loading ingredients, operating conveyors and ovens, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. Related experience in baking or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Willingness to operate or learn to operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, monitors, and adjusts multiple dough production machines.
• Weighs dough to ensure consistency with standards.
• Loads ingredients and monitors flour dusting for even coating.
• Operates pan stacker and related line equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows GMP/safety rules.
