Job summary

Martin's Famous Potato Rolls and Bread is seeking a Part-Time Dough Preparation Laborer. You will set up, monitor, and operate dough-producing equipment to maintain product quality, with attention to safety and GMPs. The role supports continuous production in our bakery facilities.

Hours vary with shifts, typically 8:30pm start, up to 30 hours/week. Pay is $22.06/hour plus a $3.00/hour differential, weekend premium, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related experience in baking or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust dough production machines.
• Weigh dough balls to ensure consistency.
• Mix dry and wet ingredients following recipes and operate mixer.
