Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related baking or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines (mixer, oven, proofer) per environment and demand.
• Weigh dough balls to ensure consistency.
• Mix dry and wet ingredients and load into mixer.
• Operate pan stacker and depanning equipment.
• Monitor dough flow and correct imperfections.
• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor.
