Martin's Dough Prep Laborer is a part-time role responsible for preparing dough and operating bakery equipment with focus on quality and food safety. You will set up, monitor, and adjust machines in a production environment to maintain consistent product quality.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and related experience in baking or manufacturing. Benefits include 401K and paid holidays, with competitive hourly pay and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related experience in baking or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, monitors, and adjusts machines such as mixer, SBD, sheeter, pan line, oven and proofer.
• Weighs dough to ensure consistency with standards.
• Mixes dry and wet ingredients according to recipe.
• Loads ingredients into the mixer hopper from conveyor or hand-trucks.
• Performs preoperational inspection and reports equipment issues.
