Job summary

Martin’s Dough Preparation Employee position is a year-round role within a growing bakery group. You’ll set up, monitor, and adjust machines that prepare dough, weighing dough balls and mixing ingredients to meet quality standards. The job emphasizes safety, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Work is from 12:30PM to 8:40PM with several schedule options; wages start at $22.06/hour with a $3.00 shift differential and weekend premium pay, paid weekly, plus 401k and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Related experience in baking or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, monitors, and adjusts machines for dough preparation.
• Weighs dough balls to ensure consistency.
• Mixes dry and wet ingredients and loads into mixer.
• Loads ingredients into hopper and monitors flour dusting.
• Monitors product flow and makes immediate quality corrections.
• Operates pan stacker and depanning equipment as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to GMP and safety regulations.
