The position involves 8:30pm start times with 8- to 12-hour shifts, overtime on demand, and benefits including 401k, health insurance, and paid holidays. Prior bakery or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related experience in baking or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust dough processing equipment (mixer, sheeter, proofer, oven).
• Weigh dough portions to ensure consistency.
• Load ingredients and operate the mixing equipment according to recipe.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety, food safety, and GMP regulations.
• Report equipment issues and support line troubleshooting as needed.
