Martin's Famous Potato Rolls and Bread is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee bakery production teams, ensuring Personal Safety, Food Safety, quality, and productivity. You will lead with integrity and open dialogue, guiding staff through coaching and performance reviews.

The role covers night shift from 9pm to 6am, Thursday through Monday, with salary $78,000-$88,000 depending on experience and a benefits package including PTO, 401K, health insurance, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising production staff
• Basic HACCP/food safety knowledge or training
• Ability to manage night-shift operations
• Experience in baking or manufacturing helpful
• Willingness to travel up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees and oversee safety procedures
• Set team expectations and monitor performance
• Coach and develop staff through training and reviews
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new hires
• Review production orders and allocate personnel and materials
