Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Technician for a contract-to-hire assignment in Lebanon, IN. The role supports factory networked systems, handles Level 1–2 incidents, and works after hours as needed to keep production running.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, manage asset inventories, install and troubleshoot software and hardware, and help develop IT processes for the site. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting networked systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot RF devices, Android PCs/tablets, and printers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, prioritize and resolve Level 1 & 2 incidents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair software and hardware across devices.
• Create IT processes and support site technical refreshes and deployments.
