Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bernville, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Site Support Technician to install, maintain, and support IT systems across our facility. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate with teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years IT support experience, with hands-on work on desktops, peripherals, and basic networking. Shift is 3:30pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of IT support or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to meet operational needs.
• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and support activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Support facility-specific applications and systems as needed.
