Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Site Support Technician to install, maintain, and support IT systems across our Kentucky facility. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while resolving incidents and supporting daily operations to keep customers connected.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years IT support experience, Windows OS expertise, basic networking, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift and move IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for operations.
• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations and activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
