Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Plant Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support in a manufacturing setting. You will assist both production and office users, ensuring critical systems stay operational and users receive timely help.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in office and production spaces. This contract role is based in Richland Center, WI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Active Directory administration and user support experience.
• Deskside support experience in a business environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience supporting Windows devices in a corporate setting.
• Ability to handle multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile, and network issues.
• Image, deploy, and provision devices as needed.
• Manage tickets, walk‑ups, and escalation appropriately.
• Support meeting room tech and video conferencing systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
