Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to multitask; comfort with computer/store systems.

• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a DC department; plan work to meet timelines.
• Lead and supervise a team of associates, including temp staff, to achieve productivity and safety goals.
