Job summary

Sephora Distribution Centers are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for the 3rd shift to support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding. You will coach leaders, manage performance processes, and drive HR analytics to improve workforce planning.

You will partner with operations to tackle safety, engagement, and policy adherence, ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace aligned with Sephora values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing plant.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems Dayforce and SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations escalations and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management and policy application.
• Conduct employee feedback initiatives and implement action plans.
• Collaborate with Accessibility and Inclusion Generalist on accommodations.
• Support safety incident follow-through and unemployment hearing preparation.
• Ensure adherence to Sephora policies and procedures.
