Job summary

SEPHORA is seeking an Operations Supervisor at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. You will oversee daily department operations, spend the majority of time on the floor, and lead a team to meet productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals.

You will coach associates, including temporary staff, set clear performance expectations, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of equivalent experience in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and computer/store systems abilities.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for full shifts.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
