Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Spends ~75% of time on the operational floor supervising a team to meet daily goals.
• Identify and prioritize tasks to prepare shift handovers and start-ups.
• Set clear productivity expectations and supervise both direct and temporary staff.
