Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Supervisor, DC Inbound Operations - Nights to manage night-shift inbound activities in our distribution center. The role emphasizes planning work to meet timelines and supervising associates to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals.

You will spend the majority of time on the operational floor, coaching and developing staff, establishing clear productivity expectations, and preparing transitions for the next shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-tech distribution center operations
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Comfort with computer/store systems
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations on the floor to meet daily goals and prepare the incoming shift for startup.
• Direct supervision of a team including temporary staff; set and communicate productivity expectations.
• Drive process improvements and partner with leadership to enhance safety and efficiency.
