• 3–5 years of experience in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays; consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence with 75% floor time coaching and performance feedback.
• Inspire and align associates, set expectations, and ensure timely shift readiness.
• Direct supervision of a team, including temporary staff, to meet goals in safety, quality and housekeeping.
