Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center operations capacity.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced DC environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the inbound DC on the night shift.
• Coach and supervise a team of associates to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Plan workload, ensure timely start-ups, and maintain high quality standards.
