Job summary

Sephora's Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking a details‑oriented DC Specialist to support wave planning, scheduling, and inventory auditing. The role requires independent work, excellent communication, and strong Excel/Outlook skills. Training will be provided for floor associates and new procedures.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM with overtime as needed. You will help ensure safe, accurate, and timely processing of shipments and reports while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous DC/Warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs to ensure accuracy and output.
Train floor associates in procedures.
Respond to leadership directions from Shift Coordinators and management.
Follow safety rules and wear proper attire; report violations.
Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain attendance.
Be flexible with shifts and overtime as needed.
Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
