Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Omni-Channel Distribution Center at Avon, IN. You will oversee daily department operations, coach a team of associates, and ensure productivity, safety, and quality on the floor.

The role requires 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center, plus at least 2 years of people leadership, with strong communication and adaptability to shifting priorities. You will lead a team including temporary staff, drive process improvements, and support

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high-tech distribution center operations role.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfort with computer/store systems.
• Resilience and the ability to respond to changing priorities in real time.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations in a Sephora Distribution Center, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Spend ~75% on the operations floor mentoring associates, coaching, and providing feedback to meet daily goals.
• Lead and supervise a team, including temporary staff, to ensure efficient execution of tasks and transitions between shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process improvements and partnering with leadership to implement changes.
