Qualifications
- Associate degree in engineering technology or related field required.
- 4+ years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing preferred.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for automated equipment.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation issues.
- Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff.
