Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent automation/controls background.
• 4+ years in industrial automation / controls in high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capability.

Responsibilities

• On-shift controls and automation expert for plant operations.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and networks to restore production.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
• Provide training and mentorship to maintenance technicians and operators.
• Maintain controls documentation and backups.
