Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Walton, KY is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist for the third shift to manage orders and respond to client inquiries.

You will address invoice questions, resolve issues with delivery dates or service, record problem areas, and follow up to ensure timely resolution while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires 2–4 years of client service experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of client service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
