Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause, explains solution, expedites corrections and follows up.
• Responses are predominately routine but may deviate from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
