Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist for the third shift to support 24/7 operations from Atlanta, GA.

You will respond to orders, inquiries, and invoice questions, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships while adhering to procedures. A High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of client service experience are required. The role offers incentive plans and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of client service experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
