Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to read, write and speak English.
• ACNA/NAR or HHA certificate is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and health-related services to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with medication administration as delegated by RN.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards.
• Attend training and adhere to facility policies.
