Job summary

Minnewaska Community Health Services in Mora, MN is seeking a Part Time Care Attendant to provide personal care and health-related services to residents. The role includes assisting with daily living, documentation, and ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include medication assistance as delegated by the RN, vital signs, meal support, and guiding resident activities. Qualifications prefer ACNA/NAR or HHA, English proficiency, and ability to complete background checks and dementia

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; pass background study form.
• ACNA/NAR or HHA certificate preferred, not required.
• Must be punctual with good attendance and able to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and designated health-related services to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal cares as assigned.
• Administer medications as delegated by RN and document accordingly.
• Take vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with meal preparation and resident activities.
• Follow policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements.
