Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder per batch specifications.
• Open and handle various cheese/ingredient packages safely.
• Measure ingredients accurately and perform basic math for batching.
• Read batch records, scan barcodes, and label ingredients for accuracy.
• Enter production data into SAP and maintain shift pass-down communication.
• Move pallets of ingredients and raw materials with pallet jacks.
• Follow SSOPs, CIP/COP, and maintain clean equipment.
