Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Green Bay facility, seeks an operator to blend materials for cheese production. You will follow batch specifications, operate blending equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout production.

The role requires basic math, reading batch records, and SAP data entry, with a 3rd shift schedule (8:50pm–5:00am, Sun–Thu) at $25.00 per hour including shift differential.

Qualifications

• Read and follow ingredient batch records and production documents accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain precise measurements and documentation.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and batching processes.
• Proven ability to apply practical problem-solving within standardized processes.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder per batch specifications.
• Handle cheese and ingredients with safety and accuracy.
• Measure and document ingredients using scales and batch records.
• Input production data into SAP and maintain shift pass-downs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow GMP and SSOPs.
