Job summary

You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards are followed while maintaining accurate batch records and supporting efficient output. Responsibilities include operating blending equipment, handling cheese and ingredients, and entering data into SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Experience with food production, packaging, or automated equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder per batch specs.
• Measure ingredients using scales and perform basic math for batching.
• Read batch records, scan barcodes, and label ingredients accurately.
