Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder per batch specs.
• Open and handle cheese and ingredients safely.
• Measure ingredients with scales and perform basic math.
• Record data, scan barcodes, and label batches accurately.
• Input production data into SAP and communicate shift notes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area daily.
