Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) at the Green Bay facility is seeking a Production Operator on 1st shift to blend ingredients and prepare materials per established formulas. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards, maintain batch records, and support efficient output.

The role requires reading batch records, basic math for batching, and proficiency with SAP. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow batch records and ingredient information.
• Basic math for measurements and batch calculations.
• Experience with SAP or similar data entry systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder per batch specifications.
• Read batch records and label ingredients accurately for documentation.
• Enter production data into SAP software and maintain shift pass-downs.
• Move pallets of ingredients using pallet jacks; handle packaging safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow GMP/SO protocols.
