Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Green Bay facility, is seeking a Blending Operator to prepare raw materials and ingredients for production, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will maintain batch records, monitor equipment, and support efficient output on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Prior experience in a food production or packaging environment, or prior experience operating automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder to prepare raw materials.
• Open and handle cheese and ingredient packages safely.
• Accurately measure ingredients using scales and perform batching calculations.
• Read batch records, scan ingredient barcodes, and label batched ingredients with correct information.
• Enter production data into SAP and maintain shift pass-down communication.
• Move pallets of ingredients using pallet jacks.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize machinery following SSOPs (COP/CIP).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; perform housekeeping daily.
• Assist in cooking process and other production areas as directed; show teamwork.
• Report food safety and quality concerns and adhere to GMP standards.
