Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Green Bay, WI is seeking a blending operator to support our cheese production lines. You will operate blending equipment, monitor batch records, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards to deliver consistent product output.

This third shift runs 8:50pm–5:00am, Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience and is comfortable using SAP for data entry.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow batch records and ingredient information.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in measurements and documentation.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating batches.
• Ability to use SAP or similar systems to input and retrieve data.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder to prepare raw materials according to batch specifications.
• Read batch records and label ingredients with correct information for documentation.
• Enter production data into SAP and maintain shift pass-down communication with coworkers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with GMP standards.
