Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Green Bay is seeking a 2nd shift blending operator to prepare raw materials and ingredients per established formulas. You will ensure safety and quality, maintain batch records, and monitor equipment to meet output specs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience; SAP familiarity is a plus; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 12:50pm–9:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow batch records and ingredient information.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in measurements and documentation.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients (whole numbers, decimals, fractions).
• Proficiency with basic computer software to input/retrieve data (SAP).
• Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder to prepare raw materials per batch specifications.
• Read batch records, scan ingredient barcodes, and label batched ingredients correctly.
• Enter production data into SAP and communicate shift pass-downs clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following GMP and SSOPs.
• Assist in cooking processes and other production areas as directed by leadership.
