Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America’s Green Bay facility is seeking a Production Operator to run blending lines and cheese processing on the 2nd shift. You will follow established formulas, monitor equipment for quality and safety, and maintain accurate batch records in a fast-paced food production setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Food production or packaging environment experience is a plus.
• Able to read, write and follow batch records and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment and cheese grinder to prepare raw materials per batch specs.
• Open/handle cheese and ingredients safely; measure ingredients with scales.
• Read batch records and label ingredients for accurate documentation.
• Enter production data into SAP; maintain shift pass-downs with coworkers.
• Move pallets using pallet jacks; support CIP/SOP procedures and housekeeping.
