Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services. You’ll supervise a team of 15 to 40 Service Valets across 20 to 40 multifamily communities—ensuring our service runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

This role rewards supervisory experience, problem solving, and using data to drive decisions. You’ll keep operations on track, coach staff, and monitor performance with the iValet dashboard while maintaining strong communication with

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train a team of Service Valets for waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Lead with accountability and open communication for continuous improvement.
• Visit properties, review service quality, and complete audits.
• Utilize the iValet dashboard to track performance and timely service.
• Respond to resident or property concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with hiring/training and oversee fleet safety and maintenance.
