Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across 20–40 multifamily communities. You will oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection, ensuring safety, reliability, and on-time service.

The role requires scheduling evenings, coaching staff, and coordinating with the Operations Manager to manage costs and staffing. A company vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervising a team in a hands-on environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and safety checks to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure budgets are met.
• Visit properties to review service quality and resolve issues.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets; monitor costs.
