Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple multifamily communities. You will lead a team of 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring service runs safely, on time, and within budget.

The role blends hands-on supervision with administrative tasks, using digital tools to monitor performance, coach staff, conduct audits, and quickly address resident concerns. A strong focus on accountability and growth awaits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory or crew lead experience in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules and follow up on issues.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office; able to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support through regular team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure your team stays on track and within budget.
• Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues promptly.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion.
